Parking Assistants are in attendance until 5pm, however your vehicle and its contents are left at your own risk.

Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.

Once you book your space with us, you will be sent SPECIFIC travel instructions, please follow these to the letter as SatNavs do not take road closures and reverse flow traffic into consideration. My travel directions are issued after consultation with the senior traffic co-ordinator for this event.

SORRY, ON NO ACCOUNT WILL A REFUND BE ISSUED IF YOU FAIL TO ARRIVE.

Cancellation Policy

If the event is cancelled you will be able to transfer to next year. Strictly no refunds.

If you are unable to attend, please notify us with at least 14 days notice prior to the event to roll your tickets onto next year.

Please note: Our car parking facility, like most in Silverstone and surrounding areas, is a grass paddock. We are dependent on dry weather. During the last 20 years, we have had one week when our paddock was inaccessible because it was waterlogged and as a consequence unsafe.
In the highly unlikely event of another long spell of wet weather conditions, we shall have no other option than to close our facility. In this event, you will be given a choice of a full refund or use of your parking pass at next year’s event.
Please be aware that we cannot accept liability for your losses due to our unavoidable closure.
