Parking Assistants are in attendance until 5pm, however your vehicle and its contents are left at your own risk.

Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.

Once you book your space with us, you will be sent SPECIFIC travel instructions, please follow these to the letter as SatNavs do not take road closures and reverse flow traffic into consideration. My travel directions are issued after consultation with the senior traffic co-ordinator for this event.

SORRY, ON NO ACCOUNT WILL A REFUND BE ISSUED IF YOU FAIL TO ARRIVE.

FAQ’s

Why haven't I received my ticket yet?

As soon as your payment goes through, your ticket will be sent out. Please check your account to make sure the payment has gone through. If the payment has gone through, please check your junk folder in your email inbox. If the ticket still isn’t there, please get in touch via email or phone.

Do I have to print my ticket?

Printing your ticket will make life easier for you and us. If you place your printed ticket in your car so it is visible, we can get you parked as soon as possible.

How can I pay?

With our new online booking system you can pay via card or PayPal. As soon as the payments go through, your tickets will be sent via email.

What time do you close?

We close our gates at 11:30 pm. When you arrive, please inform us if you are leaving you vehicle overnight and you will be parked in a suitable place.

FAILURE TO INFORM US OF OVERNIGHT PARKING WILL RESULT IN US LOSING PRECIOUS PARKING SPACES AND THEREFORE YOUR CAR WILL BE CLAMPED AND A RELEASE FEE OF £75 WILL BE PAYABLE

Do you send out paper tickets?

No. It is all done via email and will be sent out immediately after payment.
